Ingredients:

  • 1 quince

Special Equipment: Air fryer, parchment paper (for easy clean-up)

Prep time: 15 minutes
Yields: 1 serving

Preparation:

  1. Slice quince into thin slices, discarding the core.
  2. Line air fryer basket with parchment paper. Place the quince slices in the basket and air fry for 12-13 minutes at 400 degrees, until quince slices are soft and tender to the bite. Plate and enjoy!

Yasmine’s notes:

This tastes like eating a honeyed-pear, mixed with refreshing, almost lemony tartness! And it’s easily customizable as a snack: top it with rich black sesame paste if you want this snack for a slightly colder hour, or pair it with fresh blueberries, for instance, if you want to ease yourself into warmer times.
