Azalea’s Intuitive Reception Salad

Eating this salad offers a feeling reminiscent, straight-up, of Azalea’s energy from Torus Link. (***And if I may, everyone? I almost couldn’t TELL just what this salad provides, because I recognized the energy it gives is so similar to mine!!! However, subtle though the differences are to me personally, here is what I can tell you about what this salad indeed can provide for you!)

Like water itself, it is definitely a lighter, less encumbered salad with a few key “notes” to it: milder and muted with fresh avocado, smooth Brazil nuts and blueberries, yet equally warm and bold through its soft veneer, just the same! Dried pears, fennel, lavender, and golden berries offer such a vibrant, rich, buttery, popping, and sweet complexity, that you can ONLY say this salad stands out as a unique one, considering its softer palate overall. It’s a perfect salad for when you want to get in touch with a kind of knowing, inner-confidence inside you so as to better receive the world— that is, your own standing with your intuition.

  • 2 cups lettuce leaf blend of your choice (I used one with mizuna and chard)
  • 1 small ripe avocado (about 1/2 cup’s worth)
  • 1/2 cup dried pear slices (I used red pears)
  • 1/4 cup fresh golden berries
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 tsp dried lavender
  • 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp fennel seeds
  • 3 Brazil nuts

Prep time: 10 minutes
Yields: 1 serving

  1. Cut the dried pear slices into smaller, approximately equal-sized half-moons, and roughly chop the Brazil nuts into smaller pieces. Reserve.
  2. Core and mash the ripe avocado in a small bowl with a fork, then use a fork to lightly toss in blueberries and golden berries. Reserve.
  3. Plate the lettuce leaf blend in a large bowl or onto a plate; spread the avocado-berry mixture directly on top of the lettuce leaves in the center, and then place the reserved pear slices into a loose, concentric circle on the border of the plate.
  4. Loosely sprinkle the dried lavender, rosemary, fennel seeds, and chopped Brazil nuts on top, and then enjoy the intuitive reception this salad helps give, just like that of Azalea’s.

Yasmine’s notes:

Might I suggest you listen to this song while prepping this salad? I feel its style speaks to a deeper side to Azalea’s truth: just how much she knows within her core, for all she can sense and feel.
