Strawberry Mango Agua Fresca Sorbet

Bright, airy-tart and sweet; so refreshing and perfect for a warmer day.


  • 1/2 cup fresh, chopped strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • Juice from 2 limes
  • 1/4 tsp dried mint

Special Equipment: high speed blender or food processor

Prep time: 5 minutes
Yields: 2 servings


  1. First puree in a high speed blender the fresh strawberries, mint, and lime juice together to create a liquid-base.
  2. Add the frozen mango chunks to the liquid blend and puree until smooth and creamy. Scoop and serve in a small bowl or cup and enjoy!

Yasmine’s notes:

Optionally (depending on what is in season and available), you can switch out fresh strawberries for frozen, and frozen mango for fresh– just make sure that your liquid to solid ratio is still balanced enough to blend!
