HOT with a quirky pop of contrast from lavender, this sauce needs none but the mildest of peppers as its base: the garlic makes all the heat you need.


  • 1 Tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup orange/yellow bell peppers (I used mini peppers)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 Tbsp raw garlic cloves (about 6-8)
  • 1/4 tsp dried lavender

Special equipment: high speed blender or food processor

Prep time: 5 minutes
Yields: 1 serving

Preparation: puree all ingredients together and serve with your favorite snack accompaniment.
