Spicy Orange Almond-Crusted Chicken Salad

A classic crispy chicken salad, with oh-so-satisfying quality, flavors, and ingredients.


Prep time: 5 minutes
Yields: 1 serving


  1. Slice bell peppers into thin strips and dice tomatoes.
  2. Plate lettuce leaf blend in a large bowl, and toss with bell pepper slices and tomatoes. Top with chicken tenders.
  3. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, and enjoy!

Sometimes standards are very nice to go to when you just don’t want to think too hard about what to make— and chicken tender-anything is pretty dang standard.
